What guests say
8.2 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 156 guest reviews
McMenamins Crystal Hotel wins consistent praise for its quirky, characterful atmosphere, convenient downtown location, excellent on-site restaurant, and soaking pool — with several guests returning repeatedly. However, the shared bathroom arrangement is a recurring pain point, with cleanliness standards falling short on at least one occasion, and some rooms show their age through worn carpets and uneven mattresses.
