What guests say
8.2 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 140 guest reviews
Capitol Hill Motel earns consistent praise for its cleanliness, remodeled rooms, competitive pricing, and genuinely friendly staff, making it a reliable and good-value base near Portland. The main recurring drawbacks are highway noise from I-5 (earplugs are frequently recommended), dated or poorly positioned HVAC units, and minor issues with older towels or limited climate control in multi-room suites. Overall, guest sentiment is warmly positive, with most reviewers happy to return.
