What guests say
8.8 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 900 guest reviews
Valley River Inn earns strong approval for its scenic riverside setting, large clean rooms, and genuinely warm staff, making it a dependable choice in Eugene. However, a meaningful minority of guests flag high room and restaurant prices relative to what's delivered, and at least one stay was marred by serious housekeeping failures. Most visitors leave satisfied and willing to return, though those sensitive to value may want to temper expectations.
