What guests say
8 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 478 guest reviews
Courtesy Inn Downtown Eugene earns consistently positive sentiment for its friendly staff, clean rooms, and convenient walkable location near restaurants and the University of Oregon, making it a reliable budget-friendly stop. Recurring gripes include a sparse breakfast lacking protein, occasional road noise, flat pillows, and a TV system that requires guests to log into personal streaming accounts. Minor maintenance niggles aside, most guests express willingness to return.
