What guests say
9 / 10 · Wonderful on Booking.com, from 382 guest reviews
The Candle Light Inn earns consistently strong sentiment for its unbeatable central Carmel location, genuinely warm staff, and well-kept, comfortable rooms with charming touches like fresh-baked cookies and an evening fire pit. The main caveats are the absence of air conditioning — a real drawback on warmer nights — and rates that some guests find steep given no breakfast is included. Overall, most guests leave satisfied and many express intent to return.
