What guests say
8.4 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 1,290 guest reviews
The Briarwood Inn earns consistent praise for its prime, walkable location in Carmel and charming cottage character, making it a practical and atmospheric base for exploring the area. However, multiple guests flag the lack of air conditioning, worn carpets, and dated interiors as notable drawbacks, with some feeling the pricing doesn't quite match the standard on offer. It's a well-liked property for its character and convenience, but those seeking modern amenities or polished finishes may find it falls short.
