What guests say
9.3 / 10 · Wonderful on Booking.com, from 78 guest reviews
The Frances Modern Inn earns overwhelmingly positive sentiment across its 30 recent reviews, with guests consistently praising its prime East Austin location, attentive and responsive staff, stylish boutique décor, and well-stocked communal amenities including high-quality espresso. The most recurring practical frustrations are the very limited on-site parking, thin sound insulation between rooms and from the street, and occasionally tricky shower controls — minor grievances that rarely diminish overall satisfaction.
