What guests say
9.6 / 10 · Exceptional on Booking.com, from 199 guest reviews
Dollywood's HeartSong Lodge & Resort earns overwhelmingly positive sentiment for its spotless rooms, friendly staff, and valuable Dollywood perks including a frequent free shuttle and park fast passes. A handful of guests flag practical niggles — no in-room drawers, limited dining variety, a billing error that went unresolved, and friction for international guests purchasing alcohol — while the premium price is noted by several reviewers as a barrier to longer stays. Overall, it is widely regarded as a polished, well-run resort that delivers on its promise for Dollywood visitors.
