What guests say
9.7 / 10 · Exceptional on Booking.com, from 413 guest reviews
The Inn at Christmas Place earns near-universal praise for its immersive, year-round Christmas theme, genuinely warm staff, and spotless, well-maintained property — with the heated pool and complimentary touches like cookies and Christmas DVDs consistently delighting guests. The handful of complaints are minor and largely relate to small quality inconsistencies (bedding, toiletries, noisy AC, and allergen handling at breakfast) rather than any systemic issues. Overall sentiment across these 30 reviews is overwhelmingly enthusiastic, with the vast majority of guests pledging to return.
