What guests say
9.4 / 10 · Wonderful on Booking.com, from 121 guest reviews
Hotel Bennett Charleston earns consistently strong praise for its exceptional, personable staff and luxurious atmosphere, with guests frequently highlighting individual team members by name. The prime King Street location and immaculate facilities add further appeal, though a handful of guests noted minor service inconsistencies in the restaurant, pool area shortcomings, and safety details like slippery shower floors worth addressing. The premium price point is the most common hesitation, but the majority feel the experience justifies the cost.
