What guests say
8.7 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 605 guest reviews
Emeline earns strong praise for its prime Charleston location, distinctive jazz-era aesthetic, and well-appointed rooms, with many guests singling out the helpful staff and on-site amenities as highlights. However, a recurring minority of guests noted inconsistent interior service, noise from rooms beneath the gym, and practical issues such as dark rooms, thermostat problems, and worn lobby furnishings that temper the overall experience. The hotel delivers a largely luxurious and stylish stay, though a few operational and service inconsistencies are worth noting.
