What guests say
9.6 / 10 · Exceptional on Booking.com, from 325 guest reviews
The Outlook Inn earns overwhelmingly positive sentiment across nearly all 30 reviews, with guests consistently singling out the made-to-order gourmet breakfast and the warmth of staff — particularly innkeeper Serena — as genuine highlights. Rooms are praised as spotlessly clean and well-renovated, and the central Newport location is a clear asset. The only recurring friction point is the lack of on-site parking, which requires guests to walk a few blocks to a designated lot, along with occasional early-morning noise from breakfast prep.
