What guests say
8.8 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 537 guest reviews
Newport Bay Club and Hotel earns consistently strong sentiment almost entirely on the strength of its prime downtown Newport location, with warm and attentive staff adding to the appeal. However, recurring complaints about outdated rooms, uncomfortable sofa beds, undisclosed parking fees, and limited elevator access temper the experience — particularly for families or guests with mobility needs. Guests who prioritize position over polish will likely leave satisfied, while those expecting modern amenities or transparent pricing may find the value proposition less compelling.
