What guests say
8.9 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 488 guest reviews
Lancaster Arts Hotel earns strong praise across almost all recent reviews for its distinctive character as a converted historic building filled with art, genuinely helpful staff, and a convenient downtown location. The vast majority of guests left fully satisfied and many explicitly said they would return. The main recurring criticisms centre on an inconsistent breakfast buffet, confusing or dimly lit parking, and a price that a handful of guests found steep — minor friction points that do little to dent the overwhelmingly positive sentiment.
