What guests say
8 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 458 guest reviews
Heritage Hotel Lancaster earns consistent praise for its warm, attentive staff and lively on-site restaurant, making it a comfortable base with good food and a convenient location. However, recurring complaints about room cleanliness, low shower pressure, dated décor, and missing in-room basics suggest housekeeping and maintenance need attention. Overall sentiment is broadly positive but tempered by the feeling that the property does not fully match its price point.
