What guests say
8.1 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 360 guest reviews
The Lodge at Banner Elk earns consistent praise for its welcoming, professional staff and convenient mountain location, with freshly remodelled rooms and comfortable beds adding to the appeal. However, ongoing renovations have repeatedly disappointed guests — advertised breakfast and the pool were frequently unavailable, and bathrooms are widely criticised as impractically small with poor privacy. Travellers willing to accept a property mid-renovation will find a clean, well-located stay, but those expecting full advertised amenities may feel shortchanged.
