What guests say
7.9 / 10 · Good on Booking.com, from 167 guest reviews
The Highlands at Sugar earns consistent praise for its spectacular mountain views, convenient location near the slopes, and solid value for the space offered. However, recurring complaints about a non-functional AC, dated interiors, maintenance issues, and stair-heavy access temper the overall experience. Guests leave generally satisfied but note that meaningful property updates are overdue.
