What guests say
8.5 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 566 guest reviews
Plaza Resort Club Reno earns consistently strong scores for its prime River Walk location, relaxed atmosphere, and distinctive historic character that guests find genuinely charming rather than merely old. The main recurring gripes are cosmetic — dated carpets, furnishings, and aging elevators — suggesting the property's retro appeal has limits for guests expecting modern finishes. Overall, it delivers solid value and warm service, making it a dependable choice for those who appreciate heritage-style stays.
