What guests say
8.4 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 1,358 guest reviews
J Resort earns consistent praise for its clean, comfortable, and recently renovated rooms in a convenient, walkable location with easy parking. However, a recurring theme across reviews is patchy service — unfriendly or understaffed bar and restaurant personnel, unmanned front desks, and concerns over billing transparency undercut the overall experience. It's a solid mid-range stay for those prioritising location and comfort, but service reliability needs meaningful improvement.
