What guests say
9.7 / 10 · Exceptional on Booking.com, from 40 guest reviews
The Lake View Hotel earns overwhelmingly positive sentiment, with guests consistently praising its prime Mackinac Island location, spotless rooms, and warm, professional staff. A small number of reviewers flag value-for-money concerns — particularly the absence of breakfast, occasional facility issues (hot tub, maintenance), and rough towels — but these rarely dampened overall satisfaction. The handful of lower scores point to isolated service follow-through and accessibility gaps rather than systemic problems.
