What guests say
8.2 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 395 guest reviews
Henderson Castle Inn wins consistent praise for its unique 130-year-old castle atmosphere, antique-filled rooms, and standout breakfasts, making it a genuinely memorable stay. However, several guests flagged recurring maintenance concerns — including small and poorly lit showers, rusty water, a non-operational elevator, and a reported unusable pool area — suggesting the property's upkeep does not always match its historic charm. Visitors willing to embrace the quirks of an old building will find it a fun and distinctive experience, while those expecting polished modern amenities may be disappointed.
