Signal Motel offers good value with convenient location, clean rooms, and friendly staff, making it acceptable for short stays. However, significant issues persist: poor soundproofing between rooms, unreliable entertainment systems, noisy AC units, and aging facilities requiring modernisation. Accessibility remains problematic for some guests.
