What guests say
8.8 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 179 guest reviews
Half Moon Bay Inn wins consistent praise for its prime downtown location, charming European-style character, and warm, attentive staff — making it a popular romantic weekend retreat. However, practical shortcomings recur across reviews: no air conditioning, tight parking, street noise, and the absence of an elevator, with a couple of guests also flagging minor maintenance oversights that feel at odds with the room rates. Overall sentiment is strongly positive, but guests sensitive to noise, heat, or mobility challenges should factor those limitations in.
