What guests say
9.2 / 10 · Wonderful on Booking.com, from 339 guest reviews
Black Hawk Motel & Suites earns consistently strong marks for its attentive staff, clean rooms, and solid range of amenities including pools, a hot tub, and sauna — with many guests preferring it over larger resorts. A handful of practical complaints surface, including a noisy AC unit, low water pressure, unreliable TV service, and at least one instance of a room type not matching the booking, suggesting minor operational inconsistencies worth noting.
