What guests say
8.8 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 1,209 guest reviews
The Madison Concourse Hotel earns consistently warm reviews for its prime downtown location steps from the Capitol and State Street, attentive and professional staff, and the well-regarded Governor's Club lounge offering complimentary breakfast and evening appetizers. Minor gripes include occasional maintenance oversights and pricing that some guests consider steep for what is ultimately a comfortable but straightforward business hotel.
