What guests say
8.3 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 1,443 guest reviews
Hotel Murano earns consistent praise for its striking glass artwork, comfortable beds, friendly staff, and a central downtown location with impressive Mt Rainier views. However, guests frequently flag operational shortfalls — including a disappointing bar and restaurant, on-demand-only housekeeping, renovation snags, and occasional noise and cleanliness issues — that sit at odds with its upscale aesthetic. The overall sentiment is warmly positive but tempered by a sense that the hotel does not fully deliver on its five-star ambitions.
