What guests say
8.3 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 133 guest reviews
Alta Crystal Resort earns broadly positive sentiment as a cozy, well-located base camp for Mt. Rainier exploration, with guests consistently appreciating its spacious cabin-style rooms, recreational facilities, and peaceful surroundings. However, recurring frustrations around the lack of air conditioning, absent in-room coffee makers, sparse kitchen supplies, and limited on-site services temper the experience — particularly for those expecting modern comforts. It is best approached as a practical, rustic retreat rather than a polished resort.
