What guests say
8.3 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 1,158 guest reviews
Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites Midvalley earns consistent praise for its comfortable beds, convenient location, and strong value at a budget-friendly price point. However, recurring complaints about inadequate air conditioning, unreliable elevators, inconsistent breakfast quality, and patchy non-reception staff service prevent it from rising above a solid but unspectacular mid-range option. Guests who prioritise comfort and affordability over full-service hospitality are likely to leave satisfied.
