What guests say
9.4 / 10 · Wonderful on Booking.com, from 649 guest reviews
The Lancaster Hotel earns overwhelmingly positive sentiment across these reviews, with its exceptionally attentive staff and generous complimentary touches — from welcome wine to in-room snacks and included breakfast — standing out as its greatest strengths. The theater-district location and well-appointed, clean rooms are consistently praised, though a handful of guests flag a substandard gym, a bar in need of refurbishment, occasional breakfast inconsistencies, and isolated housekeeping lapses. Overall, it reads as a polished, character-rich boutique hotel that delivers a notably personal level of service.
