What guests say
9 / 10 · Wonderful on Booking.com, from 211 guest reviews
The Madison Hotel earns consistently strong praise for its striking, art-filled décor, warm and helpful staff, and comfortable beds — qualities that give it a boutique B&B feel. However, a recurring thread of complaints centres on thin walls and doors that allow noise to carry from hallways, neighbouring rooms, and the street, and a handful of guests flagged worn bathroom fixtures and occasional gaps in front-desk coverage. Overall sentiment is very positive, but light sleepers or those expecting polished hotel-standard fittings may want to temper expectations.
