What guests say
9.2 / 10 · Wonderful on Booking.com, from 84 guest reviews
Hôtel Swexan earns overwhelmingly positive sentiment, with guests repeatedly singling out its warm, attentive staff, striking design, rooftop pool, and prime Harwood District location as genuine highlights. However, a recurring minority of reviewers question the value proposition, citing rooms that feel underwhelming for the premium rate, noise penetration from street traffic, limited climate control, and occasional maintenance or housekeeping lapses. For most guests the experience lives up to — and often exceeds — expectations, but those sensitive to price-to-room quality may find a few rough edges.
