What guests say
8.2 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 845 guest reviews
Tremont Lodge consistently earns praise for its peaceful, nature-immersed location near Great Smoky Mountains National Park, with guests valuing the quiet atmosphere, generally clean rooms, and friendly staff. However, recurring complaints about worn, outdated rooms, inconsistent maintenance, and operational quirks under new ownership suggest the property has not yet fulfilled its potential. It offers solid value for budget-conscious travellers who plan to spend most of their time outdoors, but those expecting a polished resort experience may be disappointed.
