What guests say
8.8 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 302 guest reviews
The Soundry earns consistently strong marks for its spotless, apartment-style rooms, comfortable beds, and convenient position near Germantown and downtown Nashville. Guests who embrace the self check-in model love the autonomy, though the fully staff-free setup drew criticism for feeling impersonal, and recurring fire-alarm faults and keypad access failures were tangible irritants. A handful of guests also flagged street-safety concerns in the immediate neighbourhood and minor linen shortcomings, making it a largely impressive but not quite seamless stay.
