What guests say
8.7 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 444 guest reviews
Founder's Brook Motel earns consistently warm reviews for its spotless, well-maintained property, attractive gardens, friendly staff, and strong value compared to staying in Newport itself. Recurring gripes centre on mattress comfort, a noisy and poorly positioned AC unit, and weak Wi-Fi — practical issues that stop short of deterring most guests from recommending it. Overall sentiment is genuinely positive, with several guests calling it a hidden gem worth returning to.
