Smith's Motel appeals to budget-conscious travellers seeking quick highway access and appreciates genuinely helpful staff and generally clean facilities. However, the property suffers from inconsistent housekeeping (notably floor cleanliness), dated décor, and noise from proximate trains and roads. Guests tolerate these trade-offs for the affordable rate and convenient location.
