What guests say
9.5 / 10 · Exceptional on Booking.com, from 345 guest reviews
Carnegie House earns overwhelmingly enthusiastic praise across nearly all 30 reviews, with guests consistently highlighting exceptional, personable staff, beautifully appointed and comfortable rooms, and a warm boutique-inn atmosphere that sets it apart from standard hotels near Penn State. The handful of genuine criticisms are minor — no elevator for heavy luggage, seasonally unavailable breakfast, occasionally dim lighting, and one report of dust under furniture — none of which appear to have meaningfully dampened any stay.
