In Town Motel delivers genuine hospitality with friendly staff and a quiet, convenient downtown location that appeals to budget-conscious guests. However, the property suffers from notable deferred maintenance—broken fixtures, plumbing issues, and outdated facilities—which creates inconsistency between excellent guest interactions and genuine concerns about cleanliness and safety in some rooms.
