What guests say
7.9 / 10 · Good on Booking.com, from 216 guest reviews
Carriage House Country Club earns consistent praise for its peaceful Poconos setting, friendly staff, and well-appreciated pool and jacuzzi amenities at a fair price point. However, a recurring theme of uncomfortable beds, insufficient bedding, and maintenance issues — including cleanliness lapses, patchy WiFi, and outdated fixtures — tempers the overall experience. Guests who prioritize relaxation and amenities over polished interiors tend to leave satisfied, while those expecting modern, well-maintained rooms may be disappointed.
