What guests say
8.4 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 339 guest reviews
Mansions on Fifth wins consistent admiration for its stunning historic architecture, old-world charm, and characterful rooms, making it a standout boutique property in Pittsburgh. However, recurring frustrations around inconsistent staff attitude, poor communication about amenities (breakfast, coffee, hotel policies), and aging room maintenance hold it back from excellence. Guests who prioritise atmosphere and location will be delighted, but those expecting polished, full-service hospitality may find it falls short.
