What guests say
9.1 / 10 · Wonderful on Booking.com, from 326 guest reviews
Tannery Suites earns consistently high marks for its spotless rooms, scenic pond setting, family-friendly amenities, and well-stocked complimentary breakfast, with the indoor pool and hot tub being a standout draw. However, a recurring frustration is pool unavailability — whether due to closures, maintenance, or access being shared with non-guests for private events — and a handful of guests noted the nightly rate feels steep. Staff responsiveness is broadly praised, though isolated reports of unprofessional behaviour and minor housekeeping oversights suggest occasional inconsistency.
