What guests say
9.4 / 10 · Wonderful on Booking.com, from 1,135 guest reviews
The Berlin Grande Hotel earns overwhelmingly positive sentiment across recent stays, with guests repeatedly highlighting its prime location in Amish country, spotless rooms, and warm, attentive staff as standout strengths. The complimentary breakfast and pool amenities are popular draws, though a handful of guests flag inconsistent breakfast quality, uncomfortable pillows, and slow Wi-Fi as areas needing attention. Overall, it is a well-regarded, reliable property with a loyal repeat-guest base and only minor, fixable shortcomings.
