What guests say
8.7 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 375 guest reviews
The Kent State University Hotel and Conference Center earns overwhelmingly positive sentiment, with guests consistently praising its unbeatable on-campus location, spotless rooms, and genuinely warm staff — including standout personal touches like anniversary surprises. Recurring gripes centre on the pool being closed or too cold, paid offsite parking, and occasional minor housekeeping oversights, while a handful of guests flag the pricing as slightly steep.
