What guests say
9.4 / 10 · Wonderful on Booking.com, from 245 guest reviews
Hotel Sylva earns consistently strong praise for its spotless, recently renovated rooms and an unbeatable walkable position in the heart of downtown Sylva, close to restaurants, bars, and the Smoky Mountains. Recurring gripes centre on air conditioning that cycles noisily and fails to maintain steady coolness, street-facing traffic noise at night, and a pricing structure — including a high pet fee and no breakfast — that some guests feel doesn't match the rate. Overall guest sentiment is very positive, with several reviewers already on return visits.
