What guests say
8.3 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 590 guest reviews
University Inn Duke earns consistently positive marks for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and unbeatable proximity to Duke Medical Center, making it a reliable choice for patients and visitors. However, recurring frustrations around the lack of complimentary breakfast, paid parking (with extra charges for third-party bookings), noise from thin walls, and a perception of rising costs temper the overall experience. It delivers the essentials well but lacks the added-value amenities guests increasingly expect at its price point.
