What guests say
8.8 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 507 guest reviews
Hotel Vienna earns consistently strong sentiment for its cleanliness, peaceful mountain location, and warm staff, with many guests praising the on-site walking trail, sauna, and indoor pool. However, recurring gripes about a basic breakfast, thin walls, outdated bathrooms, and missing in-room essentials like fridges and microwaves suggest the property has room to improve its comfort and facilities. Overall it is a well-liked, relaxing retreat that slightly overshoots on ambience but underdelivers on practical room amenities.
