What guests say
8.7 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 273 guest reviews
The Inn on Broadway earns near-universal praise for its distinctive old-world elegance, warm and helpful staff, and excellent location close to downtown Rochester's venues and the jazz festival. Most complaints are minor — a stiff mattress, no in-room fridge, patchy TV — though a noisy heating system and the absence of bathroom safety features like grab bars are worth noting. Overall sentiment is strongly positive, with guests repeatedly highlighting it as a charming, character-filled alternative to generic hotel stays.
