What guests say
8 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 2,380 guest reviews
The Feather Factory Hotel earns consistently positive sentiment for its friendly staff, solid value, and convenient subway access to Manhattan, making it a practical and affordable base. However, light sleepers should note recurring complaints about train track noise and vent hum, and a handful of guests flagged minor cleanliness issues and thin bedding. The surrounding neighbourhood feels less polished to some, but most guests leave satisfied for the price paid.
