What guests say
8.7 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 608 guest reviews
The Springwater Inn earns consistently high marks for its recently renovated, spotlessly clean rooms and comfortable beds, with most guests pleasantly surprised by the quality given its motel-style format. The location near Cornell University and downtown Ithaca is a recurring plus, though a handful of guests flag the cramped, warm breakfast area and middling breakfast quality as genuine weak points. A small number also note thin walls and pricing that feels slightly steep for what is, at its core, a modest roadside inn.
