What guests say
8.5 / 10 · Very good on Booking.com, from 287 guest reviews
The Craftsman Inn & Suites earns strong marks for its warm, characterful atmosphere, consistently praised staff, and convenient location near Syracuse — with the breakfast attendant singled out by multiple guests as a highlight. However, recurring complaints around noise bleed-through between rooms, inconsistent housekeeping standards, and minor maintenance oversights (leaking showers, unplugged appliances, worn fittings) indicate that the property's execution doesn't always match its appealing presentation. Guests seeking boutique charm at a fair price will likely enjoy it, provided they temper expectations around upkeep.
