What guests say
9.6 / 10 · Exceptional on Booking.com, from 40 guest reviews
Cromwell Manor Inn earns overwhelmingly positive sentiment, with guests consistently delighting in the made-to-order breakfast, warm and attentive hosts, and the beautifully maintained historic property set in scenic Hudson Highlands. A small number of guests flagged genuine concerns around room cleanliness, worn furnishings, and — in one notable case — uncomfortable interactions with a male staff member, suggesting service and upkeep can be inconsistent. For most visitors it delivers a charming, homey escape, but those with high standards for cleanliness or personal boundaries may want to factor in these minority experiences.
